陈雯，中国科学院南京地理与湖泊研究所二级研究员，中国科学院大学资源与环境学院教授，博士生导师。兼任中国科学院可持续发展研究中心副主任，苏科创新战略研究院理事长，长三角一体化决策咨询专家。城市与区域规划学士，人文地理硕士，经济学博士。主要从事城市与区域发展及区域规划方法研究，是国家级《长江三角洲城市群发展规划》，《江苏省主体功能区规划》，《南京都市圈发展规划》等首席技术专家，国家发改委编制长三角区域一体化发展规划的研究专家。近年组织开展生态保护区的可持续发展科学

荣获吴传钧优秀人文地理论文一等奖、全国青年地理科技奖、中国科学院科技促进发展奖、江苏省第十六届哲学社会科学优秀成果一等奖等奖项。

Professor PhD CHEN Wen is the Associate Director of Sustainable Development Research Center, Chinese Academy of Science, the Director of Basin Resources and Environment and Regional Development Laboratory, and the Director of Regional Development and Planning Research Center in Nanjing Institute of Geography and Limnology, Chinese Academy of Science. She is the committee member of Environment, Resources and Urban and Rural Development Committee of People's Congress in Jiangsu Province, the Vice President of Geography Society in Jiangsu Province and the Deputy Director of Economic Geography Committee in National Geography Society. She is mainly engaged in research of regional sustainable development, urban and regional planning theory and method, etc. Many planning program hosted by her become fundamental research of Reform and Innovation Guidance of Thirteen Five-year Economic and Social Development Planning in cities and counties published by National Development and Reform Commission, including Regional Planning of the Yangtze River Delta issued by the State Council, Planning for Development along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province, Planning of Major Function Oriented Zoning in Jiangsu Province and Regional Planning of Nanjing Metropolitan Area.

She was a graduate of city and regional planning in Geography Department of Nanjing University, and also holds a graduate degree in the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Science. She got a Ph.D. of Economics in School of Business in Nanjing University. She is the author of 3 books and more than 100 referenced journal articles. She was the winner of Special Government Allowance awarded by the State Council. She has received awards for National Youth Geography Scientific Award and Youth Research Excellence in Jiangsu Province.
