杨兆萍，女，中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所研究员，兼任新疆旅游研究院院长，兼任国际区域研究协会中国分会常务理事、国家林草局世界遗产专家委员会专家、新疆维吾尔自治区申遗专家委员会副主任、新疆天山申遗专家组长。

从事旅游资源开发与保护、世界遗产申报与保护管理、旅游信息化与大数据、中亚资源生态安全与区域经济合作等领域研究三十余年；先后主持国家重点研发计划项目、国家科技支撑计划项目、国家自然基金项目、项目、中国科学院STS项目、新疆科技支撑计划项目、新疆国际科技合作项目、新疆申遗、新疆中长期旅游发展规划、十二五、十三五、十四五旅游发展规划、各级旅游规划项目等60多项。在国内外核心期刊发表学术论文70余篇，培养硕博士研究生60多名，完成提交世界遗产委员会申遗文本及附件2套，世界遗产预备清单6份；主编和参与出版专著7部，提交自治区政府和政协咨询报告20多篇，大多被自治区书记、主席等主要领导批示和落实。获国家科技进步奖二等奖，获中国科学院院地合作奖先进个人二等奖；2次获新疆科学技术进步奖一等奖（排名第一），获新疆维吾尔自治区科技进步奖突出贡献奖；荣获新疆维吾尔自治区“先进工作者”；获国务院特殊津贴专家。

Zhaoping Yang, Professor of Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Dean of Xinjiang Tourism Academy, Standing director of Regional Studies Association China Division, Expert of World Heritage Expert Committee, National Forestry and Grassland Administration, Deputy Director of Xinjiang World Heritage Application Committee and the leader of Xinjiang Tianshan World Natural Heritage Application Expert Group. For more than 30 years she has been engaged in research of tourism resource development and protection, World Heritage declaration and protection management, tourism informatization and big data, Central Asian resource ecological security and regional economic cooperation etc. She has successively presided more than 60 projects over the National Key R&D Program, National Science and Technology Support Program, The National Natural Science Foundation, Knowledge Innovation Program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Science and Technology Service Network Initiative of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Xinjiang Science and Technology Support Program, Xinjiang International Science and Technology Cooperation Project, Xinjiang Tianshan World Natural Heritage Application, Xinjiang Medium and long term tourism development planning, Twelfth Five-Year, Thirteenth Five-Year, and Fourteenth Five-Year Tourism Development Planning, and Various grades of Tourism planning projects. She has published more than 70 academic papers in core journals at national or international. As a Ph.D supervisor, Cultivating more than 60 master and Ph.D students, Complete the submission of 2 sets of documents and attachments to the World Heritage Committee, 6 Tentative Lists of World Heritage, 7 monographs publication as the Editor-in-chief and participated in. submitted more than 20 consultation reports to the Xinjiang government and the Xinjiang CPPCC, most of which were instructed and implemented by the main leaders of Xinjiang. Won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award and the second prize of the Advanced Individual Award of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Academy-Local Cooperation Award; the first prize of the Xinjiang Science and Technology Progress Award (ranked first) twice, and the Xinjiang Science and Technology Progress Award for Outstanding Contribution Won the "Advanced Worker" of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region; Won the Special government allowances of the State Council Expert.
