张虹鸥，广东省科学院广州地理研究所研究员，注册城市规划师，现为广东省地理学会常务副理事长、广东省委政研室特约研究员、广东省“十四五”发展规划专家委员会委员、中国科学院智库——国情与发展研究小组副组长、《热带地理》主编。主要研究方向是国土空间规划和区域可持续发展。先后主持完成国家、省重点科技项

目研究十多项，主持完成《广东省主体功能区规划》《广东省国土规划2016—2035》《广东省海洋主体功能区规划》《广东省沿海经济带总体规划》《广东省资源环境承载能力监测预警》《国家多规合一试点——广州市增城区国民经济与社会发展总体规划》等省市级各类规划及研究100多项，6项由省政府颁布，提交50多份咨询报告。发表论文180多篇，出版专著3本。先后获得国家建设部优秀城乡规划一等奖、广东省优秀城乡规划一等奖、广东省科技进步二等奖、广东省五一劳动奖章、全国地理先进工作者，享受国务院特殊津贴。
