刘志高，男，副研究员，硕士生导师，中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所区域可持续发展模拟研究室副主任。2009年德国法兰克福大学获博士学位。主要研究兴趣包括产业集群、创新系统、演化经济地理学、对外贸易与投资。2010年以来主持国家自然基金项目4项，参与完成重大国家规划5项目。

在Political Geography, Journal of Transport Geography, Journal of Economic Geography, Environment and Planning A, Habit International, Journal of Cleaner Production, Scientometrics, Energy Policy, Zeitschrift fur Wirtschaftsgeographie,地理学报和经济学动态等期刊发表论文50多篇，合作出版专著1部。

Dr. Zhigao Liu is Associate Professor at Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). Before joining in CAS, he studied in Department of Human Geography, Frankfurt University. His research interest focuses on various geographical issues of China’s (re)rise: industry cluster, innovation systems, evolutionary economic geography, geo-political and economics of spatially uneven developments, and Chinese oversee investment and trade. He has published many articles in international peer reviewed journals, such as Political Geography, Journal of transport Geography, Journal of Economic Geography, Environment and Planning A, Habitat International, Scientometrics, Energy Policy, and Journal of Cleaner Production.
