董雪兵，工学学士，法学硕士，经济学博士，教授，博士生导师，现任浙江大学区域协调发展研究中心副主任、中国西部发展研究院常务副院长，曾在国家发展改革委挂职一年，美国芝加哥大学访问学者。兼任宁夏大学兼职教授、“一带一路”智库合作联盟理事会理事、国际区域研究协会中国分会理事、“一带一路”百人论坛专家委员会委员。主要研究方向为区域经济学、发展经济学与法律经济学。先后参与多份中央文件起草，承担或主参的10多项战略规划获国务院批复，30余篇决策咨询报告得到中央领导人、国家部委或省部级领导批示与采纳；主持或参与服务国家重大战略需求与决策项目、国家社科基金重大和重点项目、教育部基地重大项目以及

省社科基金项目等近20项。在《经济研究》《经济社会体制比较》《社会科学战线》《浙大学报（人文社科版）》The Social Science Journal等国内外期刊上发表学术论文30余篇；获多项省部级奖励；独著或参编著作、译著等近10部。

Xuebing Dong, Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Laws, PhD of Economics. Professor (Economics), PhD Supervisor, currently vice direct of Research Center for Regional Coordinated Development and executive vice president of China Academy of West Region Development, Zhejiang University. Prof. Dong served as a temporary post at National Development and Reform Commission in 2007. He was a visiting scholar at the University of Chicago in 2012 and a Part-time professor of Ningxia University, council members of The Belt and Road Think Tank Cooperation Alliance, council member of the Regional Studies Association China Division, member of Expert Committee of The Belt and Road 100 forum, His main research interests includes regional economics, development economics and industrial economics. 

 Participates in the drafting of many major central policy documents, Prof. Dong  has undertaken or participated in more than 10 strategic planning approved by the CPC Central Committee or the State Council, and more than 30 decision-making consultation reports have been approved and adopted by central leaders, national ministries and provincial leaders. In addition, he also undertakes or participates in more than 20 research projects, including research projects for major national strategic needs or national strategic decision, major and key projects from National Social Science Fund, major projects from the Ministry of Education and Provincial social science fund. Prof. Dong has published more than 30 papers in domestic and international journals, including The Social Science Journal, Economic Research, Comparative Economic & Social Systems, Social Science Front, Journal of Zhejiang University (Humanities and Social Sciences edition) and won provincial and ministerial awards and bureau-level awards, he authored or edited more than 10 books or textbooks.
