韦素琼 教授、博导/博士,福建师范大学地理科学学院城市与区域规划系系主任,人文地理与城乡规划本科专业负责人,福建省人文地理博士生导师团队带头人,主要研究方向为经济地理、土地资源与规划。兼任中国自然资源学会世界资源研究分会副主任、中国地理学会经济地理专委会委员、中国地理学会“一带一路”分会委员、福建省自然资源学会副理事长及秘书长。主持及合作完成国家级、省部级及地方科研项目50余项,其中主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、国家软科学研究计划子项目1项以及教育部社科项目、福建省自然科学基金等省部级以上科技项目12余项。

在 Land use Policy、《地理学报》、《地理科学》等刊物发表学术论文130余篇,在科学出版社出版专著2部。曾获福建省政府颁发的福建省科技成果三等奖及福建省社科成果三等奖3项、广东省哲学社会科学优秀成果三等奖1项。 

Suqiong Wei Professor/ Ph.D

Currently serves as the Dean of Department of Urban and Regional Planning and Head of undergraduate discipline of human geography and urban and rural planning, School of Geographical Science, Fujian Normal University; Leading Researcher of Fujian doctoral advisor team of human geography. Areas of specialization include economic geography, land resources and planning. Also serves as the Deputy Head of Global resources Division, China Society of Natural Resources; Member of Commission on Economic Geography and the “Belt and Road” Division, the Geographical Society of China; Deputy Chief and Chief Secretory of Fujian Society of Natural Resources. Have completed more than 50 national, provincial and local grants as principle investigator or collaborator, including two grants funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China, one sub-grant of national soft science research program, more than 12 grants funded by Social Science Foundation of Ministry of Education, Natural Science Foundation of Fujian Province and other foundation at the provincial and national level. She has published 2 authored books (Science Press) and more than 130 papers in Land Use Policy, Acta Geographica Sinica, Scientia Geograpihca Sinica, etc. Recent honors include 3rd Class Award of Science and Technology Achievements and 3rd Class Award of Social Science Achievements from Fujian Provincial Government (three times), 3rd Class Award of Excellent Social Science Achievements of Guangdong Province (once).
